U.S. Shipping Information
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. national holidays. Standard deliveries are fulfilled through USPS. If you select expedited shipping, your order will be sent via FedEx or UPS, depending on your delivery area.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes
After you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing before it ships. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout. For the majority of U.S. addresses, you can expect your package within 3–5 business days (not including Sundays or national holidays).

How do I get my tracking number?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You'll also get follow-up notifications as your package moves through transit. If your tracking number hasn't arrived or isn't working, don't hesitate to contact us for help.
My order seems delayed. What do I do?
If your package is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with our support team. We'll look into your tracking details and work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I check on my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email from support@basisformulas.com. Your tracking details will be included in that email. If you can't locate the email, our support team is happy to help - just reach out using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
